Opportunities and Difficulties of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Existing Applications, Emerging Issues, and Solutions

Abstract

Recent breakthroughs in artificial intelligence have achieved success in several therapeutic activities due to the development and application of big data, supercomputing, sensor networks, brain science, and other technologies. Nonetheless, no initiatives can currently be implemented on a wide scale in actual clinical practice due to the absence of standardised procedures, insufficient ethical and legal oversight, and several other concerns. We examined the current issues in artificial intelligence and provide some answers herein. We advocate for the creation of a procedural framework to guarantee the safety and systematic advancement of artificial intelligence within the medical sector. This will enhance the design and execution of artificial intelligence products, improve management through regulatory bodies, and guarantee the selection of dependable and safe artificial intelligence products for application.
